Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 200g (7 oz) thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
- 3–4 tbsp yakiniku sauce (Korean BBQ sauce)
- 1 tbsp sake or water
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and carrot until slightly soft.

2. Add beef and stir-fry until it begins to brown.

3. Add sake and the yakiniku sauce, and stir well to coat everything evenly.

4. Cook until the sauce thickens and everything is nicely glazed.
Tip:
This is great with rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves for a Korean BBQ-style meal!
